Cecilia Fernandez de Cordoba is the lead of the DevOps transformation within Deutsche Bank. Her biggest challenge is building cross functional teams from historically segregated functions. Cecilia is driven by collaboration and strongly believes that the reinvention of banking is everything about how teams of teams cooperate with each other. Cecilia has an engineering degree and an MBA from Mannheim Business School.
