Q. Why did you select this topic for your session at Voxxed Days Bucharest 2019?

I have been using Alexa devices for more than two years now and I’ve always found them interesting. I’ve developed a few Alexa skills and I want to share what I’ve learnt with the community. I think that voice interfaces are going to become more a more important in the future.

Q. Who should attend your session?

Everyone who is interested in learn how Amazon Alexa works and the things we need to think and care when creating and using voice interfaces. I will also demo how easily we can create a new skill and deploy it to AWS Lambda without spending any money.

Q. What are the key things attendees will take away from your session?

– Learn how Amazon Alexa works
– How to create and deploy an Alexa skill

Q. Aside from speaking at Voxxed Days Bucharest, what are your other plans for this year?

I’m part of the Micronaut development team and during the following months I’ll talk about it in a few conferences.
