In-person tickets in times of COVID pandemic

Those joining us at the venue will get the chance to attend the full range of sessions and activities on offer and meet other attendees in-person and experience that good old days “conference vibes”.
Online attendees will access via the event platform where you can enjoy sessions live and on-demand, meet and interact with other attendees and speakers online and access features including live chat, Q&As, Polls, virtual sponsor booths, networking tables and much more.
This is THE PLAN. But reality may look different from our wishes and hopes, because of the huge incertainty brought by the COVID pandemic.
Safety first
The safety of everyone involved and attending Voxxed Days Bucharest 2022 in person is absolutely mandatory. We will not run the event unless it can be done safely within the COVID safe rules that prevail at the time. Our venue partners have stringent COVID safe plans, including venue limits to ensure that there is the appropriate physical distancing, which will be strictly enforced. We will enact all required measures to ensure the safety of everyone at our event.
Ticket Refund Policy
We want you to be able to buy a ticket to Voxxed Days Bucharest in person event with complete confidence! So we have 2 guarantees for you:
1. all in-person tickets can be cancelled with a full refund at any-time prior to the commencement of the event (one day before, that is March 23, 2022) – if the person doesn’t want to switch the ticket to an online only ticket
2. all the in-person tickets can be transformed into online only tickets (at their price at the moment) and the difference refund at any-time prior to the commencement of the event (one day before, that is March 23, 2022)
