Rusty Container Ships: Kubernetes outside the Datacentre

Conference
Architecture

The Internet is our comfort zone - as developers and digital natives we know how to deal with datacentres and CDNs and clouds... But sometimes we are asked to deliver in the real world as well - are we lost at sea, or can some of the tools of the cloud world still help us in the Internet of Things?

In this session I'll explain how we take datacentre technology like Kubernetes and - with a little bit of Rust for good measure - use it to bring the cloud down to Earth.

Scheduled on Friday from 11:05 to 11:45 (Europe/Bucharest) in Track 1
